How to Set Up Voicemail Greeting

• Voicemail in Phone:
  1. In your welcome email dial, your voicemail as indicated.
  2. Enter Pin and then Press “#”
  3. Select options “9” then “8” and then “0” to record
  4. To end the recording press “#” and to save the recording press “0”
• Voicemail in 3 CX Web Client
  1. Go to “Settings” > “Greetings”
  2. According to your status you can set up the greetings.

How to Set Up Playback in Voicemail

• Through Phone:
  1. Dial your voicemail number or press “Voicemail/Message”
  2. Enter your pin > press “#” and then “*” to play your message.
• Through Web Client: “Click on Voicemail” and click playback icon to listen to the message on your selected phone.
• Through Android or IOS App: Select “Voicemail” on burger menu > tap on the voicemail and select “play” to listen to the message.
